The Opportunity
We are looking for a confident, performance-oriented Sales Executive who can:
Identify serious business owners and decision-makers
Initiate and sustain professional sales conversations
Present value-based solutions, not just pricing
Close deals consistently and professionally

Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate qualified leads (physical outreach and online channels)
Meet business owners and present tailored web and digital marketing solutions
Negotiate contracts and close sales
Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
Maintain client relationships for repeat and referral business
Update CRM and submit daily performance reports
Collaborate with the internal team to align sales strategy
Compensation
₦120,000 Monthly Base Salary
Commission on every client successfully closed

Requirements
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Proven sales or business development experience
Confidence engaging business owners
Basic understanding of websites, SEO, and digital marketing (training will be provided)
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and within a team
A degree is preferred but not mandatory. Performance and results matter more.
